Shanu Gautam is an accomplished software engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Salesforce as a Software Engineering MTS, he has previously held the position of Software Engineering AMTS at the same company. Shanu is a graduate of Computer Science and Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Dhanbad. He has also completed his Intermediate studies in Science from DAV Public School. During his time at Maq Software as a Software Engineer Intern, Shanu designed and created an efficient NLP-text analysis package in Python. The package was used to analyze and cluster customer feedbacks received by Microsoft from its customers. He used Word2Vec word embedding, and K-means and HDBSCAN algorithms for clustering. The package was later integrated into the Voice of Customer application of Microsoft. Shanu's technical skills include Salesforce, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Software Engineering, Javascript, MySQL, Search, NLP, Word2Vec, Scikit, PHP, and UI. Shanu is also an ACM ICPC Regionals participant and has a passion for coding. He is a quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills. With his expertise and experience, Shanu is a valuable asset to any team he works with.
