Shapath Johri is an experienced software engineer with over 7 years of experience in the networking industry. He has a passion for exploring the various dimensions of networks and has hands-on experience in networking infrastructure, platforms, and diagnostics. Shapath has worked on the full product cycle of network product development, including requirements review, design, documentation, development, test, and integration. Currently, Shapath is working as a Software Engineer at Ciena, where he continues to build on his expertise in networking. Prior to this, he worked at Juniper Networks, where he held the positions of Software Engineer 3 and Software Engineer 2. At Juniper Networks, Shapath worked on platform development, bringing up new platforms, and driver development. He also worked on firmware upgrade infrastructure to upgrade various programmable devices like BIOS, FPGA, etc. Additionally, he developed a simulation infrastructure to simulate hardware failures to check the system's resiliency and worked on diagnostics to test the system hardware in manufacturing and production. Shapath holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute. He also completed his High School education from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Intermediate School education from G.B. Modi Vidya Mandir. Shapath's technical expertise includes software engineering, testing, integration, and infrastructure. He has relevant experience of 10.12 years and is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the networking industry.
