Sharad Agrawal is an experienced IT consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology enabled service industry. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Cloud Pursuit UK Ltd., an IT consultancy, application development, creative design, and web/application hosting (SaaS/PaaS) company for SMEs. With more than 25 years of relevant experience, Sharad is an Entrepreneur, Creative-Tech, CTO, IT Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Cloud expert, and a Microsoft Partner. As the Director and Principal Consultant of Cloud Pursuit UK Ltd., Sharad is responsible for providing IT consultancy services, developing applications, and hosting them on the web. He is also the CTO for Gauri Ltd. and Re-Fashion Ltd., where he is responsible for evaluating, deploying, and delivering technical infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud-enabled services. Sharad is actively involved in creating delivery strategy and architecture for the portal/web development, e-commerce, commerce analytics, and mobile applications development projects. He also plays an active consultative role with Gauri's leadership for all information security and data protection matters. Sharad's past experience includes working as the OSS Regional Delivery Practice Leader - EMEA Region at Alcatel-Lucent Telecoms. His responsibilities included end-to-end assessment of workforce demands and interlock with delivery units based across EMEA. He was also responsible for the assessment of the delivery model and application of recommended processes and resource distribution across front-offices and back-offices. Sharad managed costs, headcount, and cost improvement programs across a wide category of projects involving a varied set of products and technologies. He played a crucial role in defining the Delivery Model involving cross-functional teams and associated governance and assurance processes. Sharad has completed his Cert. in Management from the Open University of Business Studies, London, and his H.S.M. (Hons in Systems Mgmt) from NIIT, India. He has also completed his B.Sc. from Degree College, Satna (MP), and his 8+3 from Saraswati Vidyalaya. Sharad has also completed his ITIL (Foundation) and Prince2 (Foundation) from The APM Group Ltd. Sharad's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, infra, Web, and Mobile. He has relevant experience of more than 25.95 years.
