Sharad Kumar is a dedicated and efficient full stack developer with 5 years of industry experience in application layers, presentation layers, and databases. He focuses on sustainable web application architecture using React.JS, Node.JS, and Typescript, along with responsive HTML and CSS. Sharad has worked on various business and social ideas and observed what it takes to make an idea a success. He always tries to learn the system as closely as possible because he believes this is the key to making good suggestions and observing the system from a user perspective. Sharad is a strong supporter of using Agile methodologies and always prefers to apply TDD/BDD approaches. He believes these are important aspects to make the product maintainable and adaptable. Sharad's responsibilities as a developer include seeing through a project from conception to finished project, meeting both client and technical needs, creating security and data protection settings, ensuring cross-platform optimizations for mobile phones, documenting the application thoroughly, and finally deploying the product using relevant or similar methods. He also tests and fixes bugs or other coding issues, troubleshoots and debugs, and works along with graphic designers for web design features. Sharad's past experience includes working as a Frontend Developer at Bestpeers, where he was responsible for developing frontend website architecture, designing user interactions on web-pages to make it visually appealing, developing backend website applications, ensuring responsiveness of the application, and designing and developing effective APIs.
