He is currently leading iAssist Innovations Labs, an IT research and product development organization that focuses on creating innovative solutions to address unsolved issues and create value for businesses across industry verticals. Sharad is deeply passionate about technology-driven innovation and has a reputation for bringing new innovations that deliver results. Prior to his current role, Sharad served as the Chief Technology Officer at Manomay Consultancy Services India (Pvt) Ltd, where he developed insur-tech strategies to address market needs and ensure alignment with the company's business goals. He also discovered and implemented new technologies that yielded a competitive advantage in the insurance sector. At Oracle, Sharad was the Technology Head and led a team of 250+ top-notch consultants in technology areas such as Mobile Applications, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, DevOps, and more. He was responsible for automation and innovation initiatives, heading the technology stack, building capabilities and competency across public cloud and on-premise products, leading SWAT teams, and assisting the sales team in solution, GTM strategy, and content development. Sharad's educational background includes a degree in Computer Science from Magadh University, where he graduated with distinction. He also completed a Leadership and General Management program from INSEAD in 2018. Sharad's technical expertise includes research science, mobile, big data, Java, and DevOps.
