Sharad Laad is a highly experienced Director of Software Engineering with over 25 years of relevant experience in program delivery, requirement gathering, production, operation, cross-site management, client management, and product ownership. He is a skilled Data Science practitioner and an Agile & DevOps CI/CD practitioner who is enthusiastic about technology. Currently, Sharad is working as the Director of Software Engineering at gibots, where he is responsible for delivering high-quality software products and managing resources across multiple sites. He has also served as a Board Member at Spherule Foundation and as a Visiting Professor at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune. At Symbiosis, he taught Social Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Business Logic Model, Business Modelling and Business Model Canvas, and Business Planning. Sharad holds a Master of Technology degree in Data Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He also has an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science. Sharad has a strong technical background in CI/CD, Data Science, and DevOps. He is a fitness enthusiast and holds a US B1/B2 Visa. Sharad's expertise in technology and his experience in managing complex projects make him a valuable asset to any organization.
