Sharad Sharma is a Software Engineer with a passion for software development and a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. Currently, he is working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon in the Payments Services availability and mitigation domain. Sharad is highly motivated to work in a challenging environment to diversify his skills and gain new experiences. In his current role, Sharad has worked closely with senior SDEs for designing, debugging, testing, and shipping Availability Cockpit. He has also automated activation of mitigation levers based on outage signals and service health alarms and onboarded Processors Dynamic Routing Lever on Availability Cockpit, which involves multiple complexities to automate. Sharad has evaluated the feasibility of the visualization layer for Availability Cockpit using Java, Dagger, SNS, Lambda, DDB, VPC, CDK, Cloudwatch, Step Functions, and Carnaval Alarms. Furthermore, Sharad has created real-time data pipelines for updating user preferred payment instruments in DDB. He completed the work from design to implementation in just three days to unblock Deferred Payment launch using Java, Dagger, Lambda, SNS, VPC, Kinesis Stream, DLQ, and CloudFormation. Sharad has previously worked as a Technology Intern at Credit Suisse, where he built new features in the Backend and Frontend of client control and monitoring software. He has also mentored students as a DSA Mentor at Masai School, helping them prepare for company interviews and teaching and clearing doubts of 150 students enrolled in the online course of Data Structures and Algorithm. Sharad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering & Technology DAVV, Indore. He has also completed his High School education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Sharad is skilled in JavaScript, Java, SQL, Dagger, AWS, testing, Spring, Frontend, Backend, ReactJS, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Redux, and Web.
