Sharan Harsoor is a highly skilled AI Engineer and Research Scientist with over 7 years of experience in the field of Data Science, Statistical Modelling solutions, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep reinforcement learning. He has a passion for using data to solve problems in various domains such as performance analytics, time-series data, NLP, Remote Sensing, and embedded systems. Currently, Sharan is working as a Sr. MTS (Data Science and ML) at Cohesity, where he is responsible for developing and implementing ML algorithms and models to solve complex problems related to data management. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Citrix, where he was involved in research, design, and development of batch algorithms in the areas of anomaly detection and time series prediction using Machine Learning and Statistical Modelling techniques. In addition to this, he was actively involved in the ML life cycle, including deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of production data pipelines. Sharan has a strong educational background, having completed a Master of Science (MS) in Data Science from the University of Arizona and a CCE in Reinforcement Learning from IISC. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from B.M.S College of Engineering.
