Sharanagoud Biradar, also known as Sharan, is a highly skilled and experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communications Management (CCM). With a strong knowledge of OpenText/HP Exstream Dialogue, Sharan has hands-on experience with OpenText Communications Server, OpenText Content Author, OpenText Communication Designer, and OpenText Empower.
