Sharat Dwibhasi is a Consulting Manager at Tredence Inc. with a passion for generating "Actionable Insights" using emerging data analytics tools and techniques to drive strategic business decisions. With over 8 years of relevant experience, he is experienced in leading analytical teams driving high actionability in a timely and efficient manner using the Rapid Insights Model. As a lead for the Online Grocery – Customer Insights and Analytics team, Sharat is responsible for assisting the business to holistically measure, improve, and scale new propositions. He is a subject matter expert for Online Grocery - Pickup & Delivery Customer Insights and leads a team of analysts and Data Engineers on provisioning a "Customer Analytics Platform" as a product on cloud infrastructure. This product enables analysts to reduce time to insights by consolidating data/metrics from multiple sources and automating it, establishing fully orchestrated data aggregation, creating a single view of customer journeys across the board, standardizing best-in-class modules for repetitive tasks, standardized definitions across teams, and consistent documentation, modularizing and automating data science artifacts. Sharat has worked as a Loyalty Intern at Love's Travel Stops, where he automated weekly campaign performance reports in SQL Server and its live visualization in Tableau. He built net lift models to calculate true lift and marketing metrics of campaigns to evaluate their performance. He also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University, where he assisted his professor Dr. Goutam Chakraborty and worked on his research projects. He wrote SAS macro codes to dynamically transform transactional data to time series data and then build forecast models (like Varmax and UCM) considering competitive pricing information and historical global oil prices. Sharat has a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical Engineering from Rungta College of Engineering & Technology. He also has a Senior Secondary degree in Computers from Senior Secondary School Sector X. Sharat's tech stack includes SQL, Data Scientist, infra, and Research Scientist. He grew up reading mystery novels by Agatha Christie and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and is spellbound by the characters Hercule Poirot and Sherlock Holmes. He feels fortunate to fulfill his childhood dreams and do the job that he loves the most – figuring out patterns and resolving the mysteries associated with data.
