Sharath is a highly experienced Principal Technical Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field of Telecom Network Management. Currently, he is working with nuage networks from nokia, where he is involved in the design and implementation of IP/Optics network management features, as part of the converged backbone transformation. In his current role, Sharath is responsible for designing features in the area of virtualized security services (VSS) for Nuage Networks' VCS and VNS portfolio for software-defined data center and SD-WAN technologies. Sharath has previously worked with Nokia Networks and Alcatel-Lucent, where he held the position of Principal Technical Specialist. At Nokia Networks, he was responsible for designing features related to network management, while at Alcatel-Lucent, he designed features for network management of IP and Optical networks on SAM (Service Assurance Manager), specializing in DWDM optical transport. Sharath holds an MS degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BE degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore. With his vast experience and educational background, Sharath has gained extensive knowledge in telecom network management, IP/Optics network management, and software-defined data center and SD-WAN technologies.
