Sharayu Kulkarni is a performance-driven and energetic product enthusiast with over 5 years of experience working in the retail, e-commerce, edtech, and cybersecurity domains. She is skilled in user experience, product strategy, and design and has worked on inventory management, POS, lead generation, payment integrations, and omni channel for different retail business models from product discovery to launch in order to support B2B and B2C users over 3 business domains (FOCO, FOFO, COCO). Sharayu is an expert in prioritization, negotiation, empathic, and problem-solving approach to delivering quality solutions. She has built user experience of POS solutions for Android, Web & Desktop and focused on delivering quality solutions tied up to defined metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, retention & experience. Sharayu's product management skills include product roadmapping, impact and user reach based prioritization, UI/UX focused design, articulation of requirements and specs in detailed format, and GTM (Brand value proposition, marketing & promotion, content creation). Currently working as a Product Manager at Paytm, Sharayu has previously worked as a Product Mentor at Shiksha Sopan - IIT Kanpur, where she managed various Ed-Tech application developments including Discussion Forum, Online Exam Application & Shiksha Sopan Website catering to Students, Teachers & Physics Enthusiast all over India. She also mentored a highly passionate group of individuals building the product from scratch and defined a Product Roadmap, managed Sprints, planned MVP, crafted designs, arranged resources/manpower & Collaborated with team members on the entire development lifecycle. She has also worked as a Product Manager at Cyware, where she was responsible for managing a B2B Cyber Security Threat Intel Platform catering to global users from Finance, Space, Security, Sales & Internet domain worldwide. She built a Threat Intel Sharing platform focusing on exchanging critical security information, Community Collaboration, Trusted sharing communities & Mobile Ended actioning and communication, and building Security Operations Centers provide support to defender content and libraries by keeping the complete focus on actionable threat information collection and exchange. Sharayu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from Govt.
