Shariq Farooq is an AI Intern at Intel, currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). With a strong background in Machine Learning, 3D reconstruction, and depth estimation, he has developed expertise in AI and its various applications. Shariq has previously worked as a Software Engineer in Deep Learning at Harman and as a Data Science Intern at Prakshep. These experiences have enabled him to gain hands-on experience in the field and develop a deep understanding of the industry. Shariq is also a highly educated individual, having completed his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar in 2018. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science, Doctorates, Masters, and Doctor of Philosophy degree from KAUST, which he is expected to complete in 2023. With a strong technical background in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Software Engineering, and Data Science, Shariq is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in the field. He has a relevant experience of 2.69 years, which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the industry and its workings.
