Sharon Gupta Karwani is an HR professional and talent advisor with over 5 years of experience in setting up HR departments and leadership recruitment for startups. She is currently the Manager of Recruitment Services at i4 consulting, where she understands client requirements and needs to source suitable candidates, primarily for e-commerce and product-based companies in Dubai, South East Asia, and Pan India. She also took care of the onboarding and exit formalities of the employees, trained and guided team members on HR processes. Sharon also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Sumeru Solutions, where she interacted with existing clients and internal contacts to keep the hiring process afoot. She supported business needs and ensured the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. She assessed candidates for multiple tech roles for junior, mid-senior, managerial levels positions for their BIG4IT clients, having various ventures across India and worldwide. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from St. Aloysius College, Jabalpur, and completed her 12th from Nav Jagriti, H.S, Damoh.
