He is currently working as the Lead of Data Science at Navi, where he is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to solve critical business problems. Prior to his role at Navi, Sharth worked as the Lead Data Scientist at ZestMoney, where he used traditional and alternate data to build predictive models and strategies for the lending business. He also served as the Senior Data Scientist at Avail Finance, where he built the initial lending scorecards, risk policies, and strategies for the fintech lending business using mobile data, transactional data, and bureau data. Sharth holds a Dual Degree (M.Tech + B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has also passed CFA Level I in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
