Sharvari Malgaonkar is a dedicated and well-organized HR professional with a passion for developing new HR strategies and leading the hiring process. With 3.53 years of relevant experience, she has contributed to training and development and talent acquisition while wearing multiple hats in her past organization. She is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kennect, where she is responsible for understanding job requirements, posting job ads, scheduling job interviews, and assisting in the interview process. She has also led a team of two people to manage all the functionalities of HR and has hired 20+ tech and non-tech candidates in the span of nine months. Sharvari is a critical thinker and a dependable individual who has learned how people act when they are seriously hungry, thanks to her post-graduation in Hospitality. She believes in training her mind to see the good in every situation and is always updated with new trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources. Apart from her current role, Sharvari has also worked as a Human Resources Executive at Kosha Travel Wear, where she assisted in managing the life cycle management of employees from the stage of hire to retire, including sourcing, screening, and performance management. She has also worked as a Human Resources Intern at Bima Garage, where she oversaw full-cycle recruiting for 12 vacancies in two months and oriented newly hired employees by providing company information and establishing position-related requirements. Sharvari holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Goa University Official and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from KPB Hinduja College of Commerce. She has also drafted and created HR policies, internal HR handbooks, and reviewed and helped in implementing Business Code of Conduct, POSH policy, Grievance policy, etc. She is a better conversationalist and believes in creating employee engagement programs and benefits.
