Before joining The World Bank, Sharyl worked for some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Facebook and Instagram. At Facebook, she served as a Technical Recruiter for Product Management, where she was responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the company's product teams. During her time at Instagram, she worked as a Technical Recruiter for Machine Learning, where she helped build out the company's machine learning team. Sharyl's education background is just as impressive as her professional experience.
