Shashank Reddy Sykam is an AWS SAA, PSM, CAPM, SSGB, ITIL, and MHP certified technical team leader with diversified working experience in the USA on various delivery management roles. With a dynamic career span, Shashank has performed various roles under purview of business analysis, project management, workforce management & process improvement, business intelligence & reporting, and automation. He is proficient in managing, leading & guiding project teams both internal or vendor associated. Shashank is experienced in project management, mentoring, governance reporting, gap analysis, process design/re-design, risk analysis, and change management. He is also proficient in preparing & organizing work pertaining to data analysis & reporting. He has hands-on experience in preparing & presenting data & various leadership presentations including Townhalls to and for Senior Management. Currently, Shashank works as a Program/Project Manager - PMO at Ivy Comptech, where he plays a key role in the orchestration of planning and business management strategies. His responsibilities include process improvement, project management, business analysis, financial analysis, and business management. He is responsible for planning, management, coordination, and facilitation of activities across FTS organizations. Shashank is also responsible for producing and executing reports, experience with metrics, dashboard, KPI's, and balance scorecard. In the past, Shashank has worked with AON and IMCS Group, where he used his skill set on various roles, depending on the project assignment. As a BA, Shashank has successfully used Agile/Scrum Method for gathering requirements and facilitated user stories workshop. As a Scrum Master (SM), he has effectively used Agile methods to achieve project objectives. He has also worked as an Agile Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Shashank holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
