Shashank Agarwal is a seasoned product leader with over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the General Manager at Razorpay, where he leads the Thirdwatch product, an AI and Data intelligence platform that prevents frauds in COD and Digital transactions using AI in real-time. Shashank has been instrumental in managing the P&L and growth of the product, as well as overseeing the tech, product, marketing, and sales leadership. He has successfully scaled the AI platform to handle millions of transactions in near real-time and developed marketing strategies to drive organic product growth. Under his leadership, Thirdwatch has achieved 3X month over month growth and is currently used by 700+ e-commerce companies in India. Prior to his current role, Shashank was the Associate Director of Engineering at Razorpay, where he led the Thirdwatch product after the acquisition. He was responsible for scaling the AI platform, developing marketing strategies, and achieving 3X month over month growth. He also founded Thirdwatch, which was later acquired by Razorpay. ThirdWatch is a Data Science company with real-time automated fraud prevention solutions. By leveraging device fingerprinting, location profile, and 100s of other parameters, analyzed with proprietary machine learning algorithms, they offer automated fraud prevention, reduce costs, and grow revenue. Shashank holds a B-tech degree in IT from Rajasthan Technical University. He is well-versed in AI, Senior Software Engineering, ML, and Data Science. As a product leader, he is passionate about building innovative products that solve real-world problems. Shashank is also known for his ability to educate the market using organic content strategies and has been instrumental in creating a new category product in India.
