Shashank Anand is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 10 years of relevant experience in a myriad of technologies. He is currently working at Flipkart as an Engineering Manager, where he manages multiple technical programs and projects, develops winning proposals, and supervises technical staff, consultants, and subcontractors. Shashank has extensive experience interacting with corporate clients and company executives. Prior to Flipkart, Shashank worked as an Engineering Manager at Dunzo and Athena Health, where he built multiple teams from scratch in Bangalore and designed and built high availability distributed systems of more than 600 TPS. He also led teams for re-platforming for the cloud, worked with architects and product management to deliver multiple high-value projects, and laid the groundwork for and implemented first, second, and third-level process and training. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. He also completed his Class 12 from N.C. Jindal Public School and his Secondary School from St. Karen's High School. Shashank's technical skills include Python, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, SQL, NoSQL, and CI/CD.
