Shashank B R is an enthusiastic and resourceful Plant Head with a strong academic and professional background in IT. He possesses excellent project management and SCM skills, and his proven analytical thinking enables him to facilitate speedy resolution to actual and potential problems. Shashank is passionate about creating a sustainable impact by implementing data-driven solutions for all problem levels of business. Currently, Shashank is working at Sai Precision Industries where he is responsible for establishing operational policies and implementing process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of custom molded and extruded parts. He designs and implements coaching and training programs to develop staff, facilitate efficiency, and improve performance. Additionally, he manages operational and capital expense budgets, interfaces with vendors and senior management for order expediting, capacity planning, and material forecasts. Shashank also developed the production schedule for a three-shift operation and served on the cost savings team as plant head, interacting with internal supply groups and business operating teams. He ensures adherence to strict quality control procedures and critical safety. Before joining Sai Precision Industries, Shashank worked at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer. He was a dedicated and professional software tester who worked in quality assurance. He possesses excellent analysis, evaluation, and perception abilities, as well as a strong attention to small details for accurately identifying all problems and bugs quickly and effectively. Shashank also worked as an Engineering Intern at Bosch. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Automobile Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University. He is proficient in Software Engineering, testing, and QA. With 7.28 years of relevant experience, Shashank is a valuable asset to any organization.
