Shashank Dixit is an experienced Software Development Engineer with almost a decade of experience in the internet and application development industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Microsoft, where he is part of the SPlanner Team that works on Android OS Upgrade projects for smartphones. Shashank is skilled in Android, Java, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design, and has a strong engineering background with an Integrated Post Graduate (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Information & Communication Technology from Atal Bihari Vajpayee-IIITM. In his current role, Shashank is responsible for working and collaborating with his team on advanced features for the SPlanner android application for upcoming models. He has also implemented an additional module for the SPlanner android application and is looking after a separate module named Edit Module in a team with four members working with him over it. Prior to joining Microsoft, Shashank worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where he was also part of the SPlanner Team. He has also worked as a Lead Engineer at Samsung, where he worked on advanced features for the application for upcoming models, implemented additional modules for SPlanner, and conducted knowledge transfer sessions with new members in the team.
