Currently, Shashank is the Senior Manager of Customer Success and Delivery at SirionLabs, where he advocates for clients and ensures their success. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Whatfix, where he successfully retained customers and built strong relationships. He also worked as a Product Management Intern at InMobi, where he designed and wrote REST API specs, carried out market research, and prevented revenue loss. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from VIT, where he gained a strong foundation in technology.
