Shashank Rana is a dedicated and motivated student currently pursuing his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. With a keen interest in C++ programming and Kotlin development, he is always looking to expand his knowledge and skills in the field of software engineering. As a Senior Software Developer at Developers' Society, BITS Goa, Shashank is currently working on building the hardware and IoT side of HRMAA, a project aimed at streamlining HR processes. He is also working on developing the CSA Times app, which will be launched in the near future. Shashank's passion for software engineering started when he joined Developers' Society as a Junior Developer, where he worked under the apprenticeship of Verdhan, Core, and Senior Developers. This experience has helped him gain valuable insights into the field of software engineering, and has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in his current role. In addition to his work experience, Shashank has a strong academic background, having completed his High School Diploma from Kothari International School and Vishwa Bharti Public School, Noida. He is expected to graduate with his Bachelor of Engineering in 2025 from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. Shashank's technical skills include Android development, Kotlin, and C++ programming, making him a valuable asset to any organization looking to develop native Android applications. With 0.36 years of relevant experience, he is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of his future employer.
