Shashank Rawlani is a seasoned Senior Manager in Software Development Engineering and Test (SDET) with over 12 years of experience in the AdTech domain. Currently, he is serving as a Senior Principal Software QA Engineer at Pubmatic in Pune, where he leads the Connected TV, Video, OpenRTB, and User Sync Teams. Shashank is responsible for designing automation frameworks, test routines, and technically leading his team to ensure the smooth functioning of Pubmatic's AdServer Engineering Team. Shashank is a subject matter expert on Pubmatic's CTV, OTT, and Video Offerings, with hands-on knowledge of Video inventory handling and market standards like IAB's OpenRTB 2.1/2.3/2.5 and Google's Exchange Bidding Integrations, Amazon's TAM & others. He is proficient in Python and shell scripting with hands-on knowledge of PyTest and RobotFramework. He also has good knowledge of AeroSpike, Javascript, Full Stack Development, Data warehousing/Database concepts, having worked on Teradata & Informatica Power Center and PHP. Shashank has previously worked as a Principal Software Engineer for Pubmatic and as a Technical Lead and Senior ETL Developer for Tele2 in Sweden. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering from Sri Sai College of Engineering & Tech in Punjab, India. Shashank's expertise spans across various technologies, including test, QA, SDET, Javascript, Python, SQL, MySQL, DevOps, ETL, Software Engineering, Backend, PHP, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Data Warehouse, Jenkins, Flask, Web, SRE, CI/CD, Redis, Cassandra, Kafka, and Frontend.
