Shashank Sanket is a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with a passion for technology and a drive for quality. He is currently working at Zepto as a Software Engineer, where he is building a QA ecosystem and creating a QA infrastructure for engineering that can revolutionize the way testing is conducted in startups. Shashank is responsible for building report dashboards, core automation frameworks, and services for CI/CD integration of systems, along with impactful test cases that can do wonders in bug-free systems and STLC processes. Before joining Zepto, Shashank worked at Meesho as an SDET II, where he built multiple E2E automation suits based on Maven and Rest Assured and developed common reusable utilities for projects that governed experiments on end-users to support pilot projects. He worked as an individual contributor owning the complete ownership for STLC for all the projects in the Growth POD, which includes test planning, product understanding with the product team and developers till the release of the product after back-end and front-end (APP) testing, monitoring all the resources in QA and managing the whole deliverable till service go-live after APP regression. Shashank also worked at Swiggy as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test, where he led the Delivery Partner Governance project with a team of six for complete testing in terms of functional, integration, and E2E, ensuring zero defects across Pods and APPs. He also worked on integrating multiple third-party services with Swiggy, including major startups of India such as MyGate. Additionally, he led the complete FXM multi-Tier complex microservice integration and E2E automation of service with factory and builder design patterns to solve multi-PODs validation problems across PODs and developed a script on GoLang to perform horizontal Perf Testing analyzing the report on Grafana/New Relic to ensure defect-free software and stability on peak time orders with RPM > 14 Lakhs. Shashank holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering & Data Science from World Quant University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from PES University. He also has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pitts Modern School, Bokaro. Shashank's technical skills include software engineering, testing, QA, integration, SDET, infra, New Relic, Golang, and microservices.
