Currently working at Info Edge India Ltd, he has built an end-to-end chat ecosystem and introduced the concept of clustering in Openfire, a self-taught and well-architected solution. Shashank has also customized and changed the Open Source code to meet the specific needs of his organization. He has handled up to 30K concurrent users on real-time chat and built features such as voice and video calling, and Jeevansathi Milan Samaroh, an online event for hangouts. Shashank has been a major contributor to the uptime of the Jeevansathi ecosystem and has developed features on top of its microservices architecture.
