Shashank Srivastava is a Senior Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in Technology, SaaS, and E-commerce. Currently, he works as a Senior Product Manager at loadshare, where he owns the 1.0 SaaS product platform for end-to-end 3PL logistics. He tested new methods of license activation and app distribution in enterprises, wrote automation tests for regression and API test suites, and interacted with customer, engineering, and product management teams to define and improve the deployment workflows of Creative Cloud applications in medium and large enterprises. As Lead - Global Web Producer, he drove Global Web Production process strategy, roadmap, and implementation, managed global product launches and promotions on www.adobe.com, led Web Projects for EMEA and APAC regions for Creative Cloud product merchandising on www.adobe.com, hired and managed high-performing teams for deliverables on the website, ideated new content platforms through collaboration among various engineering teams, coordinated with Product Managers & Field Marketing stakeholders for regional content publishing, and implemented pilot projects for machine learning-based translation for product localization.
