Shashank T is a highly experienced software professional with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. Currently working as a Team Lead at Accenture, he has worked on a variety of financial domain projects as a technical lead and individual contributor. Shashank has expertise in a range of technologies including J2EE, webservices, BPM products - Progress Savvion, Lombardi, and comprehensive batch frameworks like Spring Batch. He is also skilled in using design tools like Microsoft Visio and Oracle database tool - Toad for SQL development purposes. For application deployment and administration, he has used application Server - IBM WebSphere v7.0. In his previous role as a System Software Engineer at IBM, Shashank led the efforts in design and development of web applications for clients in the financial domain. He was responsible for understanding client requirements and providing technical solutions that included design and implementation. He also played a key role in FVT execution of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) components and owned several components of Websphere Application Server like - Communication Enabled Applications, SIP Container, Proxy, Admin Console etc. Prior to IBM, Shashank worked at Infosys as a Software Engineer, where he worked on detailed design and coding of web applications using open-source frameworks based on MVC Architecture. He also automated the regression suite for people soft CRM based web applications using Quick Test Professional 8. Shashank has a Master's Degree in Information Technology from IIT Kharagpur and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University. Shashank's tech stack includes SQL, Spring, Java, and Backend development.
