He is also responsible for Taleo modification, SOX audit, and vendor management work globally. Prior to his current role, Shashank worked as a Process Developer in Recruitment (HR Audit & Compliance) and a Human Resources Consultant at Genpact. Shashank holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from North Maharashtra University. He also completed his 12th from Onkareshwar Saraswati Vidya Niketan Inter College and 10th from B.N.S.D Shiksha Niketan Kanpur (UP), where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
