Shashank started his career as an Intern at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, where he worked on a project to enable Object Detection and Keyword Spotting models on Jetson TX2 board. During his time there, he compared the performance and power consumption of various Object Detection models like Yolo, GoogLeNet, Yolo-Tiny, and further compared their accuracy. He also trained algorithms like CNN, CRNN, DNN, etc. on selected sample speech and quantization of weights and activation functions to bring down overall size of models and further compare their accuracy for all models on various quantization levels (2bit, 4bit, 8bit, 16bit, and 32bit). Shashank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PES University. He is a skilled professional with expertise in various technologies and has worked on multiple projects throughout his career. He is a quick learner and has excellent problem-solving skills. In his current role as a Technical Anchor at Subex, Shashank is responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for clients.
