Shashi Bhushan Singh is an experienced Technology Head with over 16 years of relevant experience in computer information systems, including backup and disaster recovery, system development standards, system security, programming, and communication controls, operating procedures, and system maintenance. He specializes in Scrum framework and is a Certified Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Master. Shashi is an effective leader with proven abilities in leading cross-functional teams on a project, mentoring team members, and enabling knowledge sharing among the teams. He has a strong problem-solving and technical skills coupled with the ability to enable effective solutions leading to high customer satisfaction. He has helped and guided the team always to think differently and has the ability to guide and change one’s perception of looking at things. Currently, Shashi is working as an Assistant Vice President Information Technology at SNVA Ventures Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for handling the technology management of multiple projects from end-to-end implementation. Shashi has hands-on experience in SDET, test, Mobile, and product management. He has proven ability in handling startup assignments and stakeholder management. He is a keen planner and implementer, with demonstrated success on End-to-End project management and efficient management of various skilled resources to meet project specifications. Shashi has strong client interfacing and coordination skills.
