Shashidhar Pai is a seasoned leader with 18 years of experience in leadership positions, with global clientele. He has expertise in business and technology strategy, product conceptualization to delivery, planning and program management of large transformational programs, consumer analytics, value strategy, marketing, sales strategy, and continuous improvement. Shashidhar is currently the CEO of Medisense Healthcare and the VP of Products & Engineering at Vistas Global. He founded Medisense, a health tech startup, from the ground up with the right product and consumer strategy. He also founded Binary Fraction Technologies to serve the IT needs of non-healthcare domains. Shashidhar is a hands-on technocrat with a special interest in greenfield projects, data science, AI, and ML. He has created 12 intellectual properties that span across domains with data-driven futuristic architecture. His work includes but is not limited to electronic medical records, creating marketplaces, social media platforms, business process automations using mobility, factory automation, child health tracking reducing infant mortality rate, logistics automation, asset and hospitality management, and more. He holds a post-graduate diploma in international business from Symbiosys Institute and a B.E in computer science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
