Shashidhar Varne is an experienced Frontend Developer with a keen interest in developing highly efficient and scalable code. Shashidhar is currently working as a Frontend Developer at Fisdom, where he is re-writing a major module single-handedly with ReactJs and highly optimizing it, reducing the number of API calls in it by more than 50%. Shashidhar has a strong portfolio of projects on Github, which showcases his skills as a Software Engineer and Designer. He has developed a new UI design system to create reusable, highly scalable, and customizable components. He has also implemented pixel-perfect skeleton loaders in all the features for Images and API-dependent data, enhancing the user experience. Shashidhar has created dynamic PDFs using HTML, CSS, and vanilla Javascript for stock portfolio transaction statements. In his previous role as a Frontend Developer (SDE-1) at Jivox, Shashidhar developed a dashboard for the Web Platform from scratch using ReactJs and deployed it on AWS EC2 instances. He improved web platform’s performance significantly by switching it from Older to a newer version of React along with hooks. Shashidhar has also worked with large datasets and improved specific component rendering time from 10 seconds to less than 2 seconds with the react-window library. He wrote python scripts to dynamically deploy patches on a substantial number of servers, eliminating the need for manual deployment. Shashidhar's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Alliance University. He has relevant experience of 4.36 years in Frontend Development, JavaScript, ReactJS, AWS, Web, UI, Selenium, Redux, React Native, Testing, and iOS.
