Shashikant Jha is a Conversational AI Specialist and Designer with over 6 years of experience in the field. He also built intent architecture for optimal performance. Before that, he worked as a Module Lead at Mindtree, where he conceptualized and prototyped a machine learning-based framework for bots and supervised and mentored a six-membered team to implement the bot support framework. Shashikant holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering.
