Shashikant Lokare is a skilled Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in software engineering. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at PharmEasy, he is responsible for developing and optimizing various platform-level services, including image compression and watermarking, faster loading of images on multiple platforms, and restructuring monolith systems into microservices. In his previous role as a Software Engineer at PharmEasy, Shashikant developed Doctor consultations and logistics modules, managed retailer payments and cash settlement, and created payments and refunds systems. He also worked at Envestnet as a Software Engineer, where he developed a system using Selenium to aggregate financial data from different financial institutes and integrated multiple services for data feed. Shashikant holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and has expertise in AWS, Android, iOS, microservices, integration, and Selenium. He is passionate about utilizing his skills and abilities to be resourceful for the company and achieve both company growth and personal growth.
