Shashikant MS is a seasoned Director of Talent Acquisition with nearly 9 years of expertise in the diverse IT space. He has worked with Internet/E-commerce, SaaS & Product based companies and has a proven track record of building excellent rapport with stakeholders across BU's, building hiring strategy and providing quality & spontaneity. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at a stealth company. Shashikant has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead at Yulu, a technology, R&D, and product company. During his tenure, he demonstrated his skills in building and managing high-performance teams, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Shashikant has a strong educational background, having completed his B-Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology. He also holds an ADBA-HRM HB in Human Resources Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and is currently pursuing an Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies degree from Indian School of Business, which he is expected to complete by December 2022. With a relevant experience of 6.30 years, Shashikant has developed a deep understanding of the IT industry, which enables him to identify and attract the right talent for his clients.
