Shashikant Shaw is a computer science enthusiast, web developer, and competitive programmer with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies. With 2.86 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a Software Engineer at Finastra, where he is building an Audit Application by reading log patterns using ELK, Kafka, SpringBoot, and Jaspersoft. Prior to Finastra, Shashikant worked at Amdocs as a Software Developer and at TCS as an Assistant Software Engineer. At TCS, he worked on a Banking Project in an Agile methodology, where his daily responsibilities included participating in daily sync-up meetings, using Java-8 features to write Service classes implementation for the Microservice he was assigned to, writing JUnit for the methods, checking Sonar Cube status of the build, and fixing bugs. He also participated in training sessions that helped him write quality codes and developed a Microservice to compare two responses and make an excel with compared response field, which helped minimize a lot of manual effort while testing. Shashikant holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hooghly Engineering and Technology College, where he completed his education in 2020. He also attended Sunrise English Medium School, Belur, for his primary education. Shashikant's technical expertise includes Software Engineering, Spring Boot, Microservices, Web development, Kafka, test automation, and Java. He is always eager to learn and explore new technologies and believes in continuously upskilling to stay relevant in the ever-evolving tech industry.
