Shashwat Mishra is a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for designing and building digital public goods. He has a strong background in programming and markup languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Golang. He is also proficient in DevOps tools like Docker, frameworks and libraries like Spring and React, and databases like PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch. Currently working at eGov Foundation, Shashwat has developed multiple micro-services from scratch, developed new APIs, enhanced existing APIs, scaled compute-intensive services, written migration flows, and actively helped in resolving bugs in production environments. He is currently focusing on the design and architecture of large-scale low latency distributed systems. Shashwat has experience working as a Software Engineering Intern at egovernments foundation and as a member of the coala development group at coala association e.v. (coala.io static analyzer). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which he completed in 2021. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his secondary education. In addition to his work experience and education, Shashwat has a strong technical skill set that includes software engineering, Docker, Javascript, Elastic Search, Spring, microservices, DevOps, Golang, and Java.
