Shaurya Agarwal is an aspiring Software Engineer with a passion for building things that make people's lives easier. He is a proficient backend developer with experience working on various technologies and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Nodejs, RoR, Golang, and Rust. Shaurya has a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms and their real-life applications. He has also designed and built distributed system architecture. Shaurya is currently working as a Software Engineer at 1mg, where he has developed APIs using the Sanic framework and MongoDB. He has also developed an automation testing architecture for API flow testing and designed and developed a test case management tool to replace the existing third-party tool in use. Before joining 1mg, Shaurya worked as a Backend Developer Intern at Sheeko, where he analyzed existing data to provide insights about users and improved Elasticsearch performance for the application by almost 2x. He also looked after modifications/additions in the existing Django backend. Shaurya has also worked as a Backend Developer at Tastebuds Inc, where he developed and maintained Microservice Architecture backend for TasteBuds and set up CI/CD Pipelines for CodeDeploy to AWS EC2. Shaurya has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, which he will complete in August 2022. He also has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Kulachi Hansraj Model School.
