Shaurya Anand is a motivated and dedicated individual who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology from Haldia Institute of Technology. With a passion for the food industry, Shaurya has completed several internship courses with ALS Testing Services India Private Limited and DNV-GL Business Assurance India Private Limited in food safety, quality management systems, and analysis and quality evaluation. Currently, Shaurya is a Summer Intern at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd. where he has completed the full period of training undertaking the major project titled Processing of Milk, Ice Cream & the quality aspects of Milk & Milk Products. During his time at Mother Dairy, Shaurya has learned about the process line for the manufacturing of ice cream, performed the standard procedure of sample collection from milk procurement tankers, and studied the process of Bulk Vended Milk and its processing. In his previous internships, Shaurya has gained valuable experience in food quality and safety testing, assessed adulterations in food, and learned about stability and shelf-life analysis in the food industry. He has also analyzed different aspects of Total Quality Management (TQM), assessed Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and interpreted the Food Safety and Quality Certification for Food Industry. Shaurya's educational background and experience have equipped him with a strong foundation in food technology and quality management systems. He is a quick learner with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Shaurya is also proficient in using various software tools and has experience in data analysis. Overall, Shaurya is a hardworking and ambitious individual with a passion for the food industry. He is eager to learn and grow professionally in a challenging and dynamic environment.
