Shawn Daniel is a highly effective human resource management leader with over 20 years of international, technical, and operational expertise. As the Director of DEIB & Veteran Talent Solutions at WilsonHCG, he is responsible for providing astute advice on systemic issues and trends affecting division readiness. Driven to excel and accomplish any mission, Shawn has a proven track record of success in leadership and development, recruitment, and operations. Prior to joining WilsonHCG, Shawn held a series of leadership roles of increased responsibility globally in support of the United States Army. During his time in the army, he served a period of time for DEOMI, a joint activity encompassing all five services. He also worked as an Equal Opportunity Program Manager for the United States Department of Defense, where he was responsible for the Equal Opportunity program in support of more than 90,000 service members and civilians. Shawn advised Army General Officers on indicators and trend analysis of diversity and inclusion, discrimination, and harassment concerning Soldiers and Family members. Shawn holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. With 19.79 years of relevant experience, he is an expert in his field and has a deep understanding of the challenges facing businesses today.
