Shawn Hart is a highly experienced Engineering Manager at Soar Technology, Inc. with over 26 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a diverse portfolio of skills and expertise, having worked in various industries such as simulation, hands-on training, maintenance trainers, and agriculture. In his previous role as Technology Lead/Systems Engineering/Architect at AVT Simulation, Shawn was responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions for simulation trainers and automation of maintenance trainers. He also led the distributed development team and coordinated the development effort with the local development team and multiple subcontractors. Shawn was instrumental in researching emerging technologies for incorporation into quality solutions for the customer. His achievements include implementing a hands-on maintenance trainer for the JLTV and integrating Racktangle real-time I/O systems into government core training systems. As the Director of Technology and Data Analytics at Native Hemp Solutions, Shawn was responsible for overseeing the current budget and forecast planning, as well as the overall development strategy for the organization. He defined and managed the organization's SDLC and developed a custom agricultural floating platform management app and backend for monitoring and collecting data on waterway rejuvenation projects. Shawn also mined collected data for trends in the development of the stock on floating platforms and developed technology input for grant submissions. Shawn holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
