Shazeb Khan is a seasoned Data Science Manager with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently employed at Accenture, he serves as a Lead Data Scientist at dunnhumby, a company that specializes in Data Science for Retail. Shazeb has a strong technical background, having worked at Wipro in the past as a Technical Specialist for Data Science and a Senior Engineer for Parallel Programming and Big Data. During his time at Wipro, he led the design and implementation of Central Data Warehouse storage on Hadoop for Airtel, a telecom giant with data volume in Peta Bytes. He also led a team of developers to implement Big Data Ingestion, Storage, and Aggregations in the GST portal system for the Central Board of Excise and Customs in India. Prior to that, he worked at Intel Technology Center Bangalore, where he optimized apps on Xeon and Xeon Phi. Shazeb holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from UPTU. He also has a strong foundation in science, having completed his schooling from City Montessori School, Lucknow. Shazeb's tech stack includes expertise in Data Science, Research Science, Big Data, Spark, Data Warehouse, Scala, ML, Hadoop, ETL, and Apache Hive. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Shazeb is a skilled professional who has made significant contributions to the field of Data Science.
