Shazmaan Malek is a talented Software Engineer currently working at Microsoft. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo, Shazmaan has gained a wealth of experience in the industry, having spent over two years working as a Software Engineer and Research Scientist. During his time at Microsoft, Shazmaan has worked with the eSTS team in the Identity Division, where he focused on reducing tenant feature preview time. He has also held the position of Software Engineer Intern, where he gained valuable experience working on a range of projects. Prior to joining Microsoft, Shazmaan worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo. Here, he worked on the relation between Autonomous Cars and the trust factor associated with it. He answered questions such as "Why don't human's trust Self Driving Cars (SDC)?" and "If they don't trust an SDC then what does it take for someone to trust one?" through research and mathematical modeling. Shazmaan is passionate about making a positive impact in the world and is committed to being the change he wants to see. He is a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in a range of technologies, and he is always looking for new challenges to help him grow and develop his skills.
