At Zee Media, I was responsible for creating the brand pull & marketing for DNA and Zee Business. The objective was to identify the connection with our stakeholders and make the bond stronger. At HT Media, my role is to design strategies for developing brand equity through innovative brand solutions to address business needs of the clients. I have fashioned creative ideas for brand positioning and communication for clients from multiple industry sectors include Food and Beverage, FMCG, Home Décor, Weddings, Real Estate, Healthcare, E-commerce and Automobile among others. I have independently managed 360 Degree campaigns for various client including a leading real-estate company, foreign fast food company for re-positioning the brand and communicate effectively to the target audience. 

Work with different media teams for designing and implementing strategies on Print, Digital, Mobile, TV, Radio and On-ground. I also work closely with the Editorial & Marketing teams to roll out national campaigns & HT led online & offline properties. I joined SoulTree to increase brand presence and recognition in India.  Being part of the core team, I created the idea/strategy for entry into the market through front end retail and position the products as a mid-premium cosmetic brand. This included Brand Architecture and New Product Development. I was involved in designing the look of product, logo, brand guidelines and communication. I was involved in creating a farm to shelf story and promoting it through websites. Engaged in BTL activations, launched the products pan India and achieved company’s strategic business objectives and targets. 

I also contributed to the launch of e-commerce website and the social media campaign. Ran campaigns on all major social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter with Paid & Earned Media. Developed partnerships with cross industry business partners/platforms like Tourist hotspots, Travel Magazines, Wilderness Retreats, Bookstores & Handcrafted Apparel. I handled the PR & Media and ensured coverage by leaders including Femina, Vogue, New Indian Express, yourstory.com, Jet Wings among others.

I joined the Channel Marketing Team for Central Gujarat and worked closely with the sales team to ensure increase sales and market share of all SKUs. Looking into my performance and achievements, I was promptly promoted and given the responsibility for Business Strategy and Analysis. I worked on analysis of sales and market data of 120+ SKUs sold across Gujarat and Rajasthan to derive strategies and plan of action for all regions and SKUs.

As a Team Lead for Key Accounts I led a team of 6 direct  and xxx indirect executives to promote the sale through immediate consumption channel. I was instrumental in achieving considerable business progress through multiple accounts including HORECA, Institutions like Cinema, QSRs, Hotel, Travel and At Work channels.
