Sheethal Krishna is a highly skilled Product Designer and Artist with over 6 years of relevant experience in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Arts from the College of Fine Arts Trivandrum-Kerala. She is currently working as a Product Designer at OYO, focusing on the B2B side of the business and delivering ideal design solutions to the problems. At OYO, Sheethal is responsible for working on the Merchant side and independently handling two of the biggest modules called "Booking Planner" and "OYO 360 L1". She takes every design decision based on data and makes a significant impact on the business by continuously tracking the data and impact right after each product launch. She collaborates directly with the product team, AVP & VP, and actively collaborates with the tech team to implement the design in the right way. She also collaborates with the Data Analytics team to understand the improvements on projects they worked on. She guides and mentors young designers to level up their career and smoothen the workflow at OYO. Prior to joining OYO, Sheethal worked as a Lead Product Designer at Scaler Academy, where she closely worked with the technology team and product management team to build high-impact products from scratch. She was also a Product Designer at Snapdeal, where she worked on growth projects that made high revenue for the organization. She was also involved in revamping the Snapdeal Android App, which is now successfully running. Sheethal has a diverse technical skill set that includes Product Designer, Designer, Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, Research Scientist, and Android. She is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding design solutions that make a significant impact on the business.
