She also served as a Public Relations Intern at Concept Public Relations Pvt Ltd., where she gained valuable experience in managing media relations and executing PR campaigns. Shefali's academic background is equally impressive. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduation in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune, and is expected to complete it in 2022.
