Shefali Gupta is a versatile and accomplished professional with over 3.77 years of experience in the technology industry. She is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. She has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, where she secured rank 7 in a batch of 93 students. She has been a consistent rank holder in academics throughout her years at school. Shefali has worked as a Software Engineer 2 in Talentica Software Pvt. Ltd. for the last 14 months and as an Application developer in Oracle Financial Services Software for the initial 21 months. She was responsible for doing end-to-end development from gathering requirements from the US-based client/functional team and delivering it to the QA team using Agile Development model. She has expertise in product management, software engineering, quality assurance, AI, research, and UI. Shefali has contributed significantly to her previous companies. She developed a SaaS application for one of the top US networking clients which cater to 150+ B2B customers in Talentica Software. She also created modular components for the dashboard to visualize and filter relevant responses from AI-based assistant, incorporated dual bandwidth Access Point feature that secured 3 clients and 25+ new subscriptions single-handedly. In Oracle, she developed a single-page UI application for Oracle Banking Corporate Lending product, designed a dynamic & responsive UI dashboard focused on filtering out meaningful user-specific data, and achieved 90%-time reduction in UI development by automating the development process & increased efficiency of work. Shefali is a quick learner, adaptable, and a good team player. She is a dance and sports enthusiast who likes Bollywood dance and likes to play badminton and indoor games.
