Shefali Jain is an accomplished MTS 3 at VMware, with over 5 years of experience in the technology industry. She started her career as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture in 2013 and worked her way up to become a Software Engineer. She pursued her Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Cloud Computing from IIT Roorkee, where she also worked on Cloud in IBM Labs as an extreme blue intern in 2016. Shefali has worked with some of the leading technology companies such as Qualcomm and Synopsys, where she was responsible for the design and development of device drivers that optimally meet the requirements of the Snapdragon ARM-based processors. She also worked in the Virtual Prototyping domain at Synopsys, where she gained a thorough understanding of Synopsys Virtual Platform exploration and software development tools like Platform Architect and Virtualizer. Currently, Shefali is a Member of Technical Staff - 3 at VMware, working in the Vmkernel Core Team, responsible for the design, implementation, and architectural direction of the VMKernel, which is the operating system kernel for VMware's ESX Server product. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in a range of technologies such as Software Engineering, Research, Integration, Mobile, and C. Shefali has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from IET-Davv Indore and completed her Master's in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee. She is currently pursuing a PG Programme in Software Development with a specialization in Blockchain from IIIT Bangalore. She is a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering results.
